Youth Sports Program

The Youth Sports Program is managed by the Sports Committee , and offers the following activities for boys and girls in the parish:
 

CYO Basketball, divided into six groups:

• Boys Freshmen (Grades 3 and 4)
• Boys Junior Varsity (Grades 5 and 6)
• Boys Varsity (Grades 7 and 8)
• Girls Freshmen (Grades 3 and 4)
• Girls Junior Varsity (Grades 5 and 6)
• Girls Varsity (Grades 7 and 8)

Intramural Basketball

The league accepts parish boys and girls in Grades 1 through 8 of all skill levels and everyone plays  (Beginners are welcome).  This  season starts in December 2019 and runs through March 2020.
 

Cheer (Grades K through 8)

Cross Country

The CYO Cross Country Meet is open to all youth who are eligible (based on the “Diocese of Trenton, Mercer County Athletic Guidelines”) for their Catholic school or parish.

Participants who reach their 15th birthday prior to September 1st of the current school year or are in 7th or 8th grade will be participating in the Varsity Division.  Participants who are under the age of 13 years before September 1st of the current school year & still in 6th grade or under will participate in the Junior Varsity Division.

There is a single meet run annually in the Fall. Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each of the following divisions:

 

Spring Track and Field

Spring Soccer

• Co-Ed Freshman (grades 2-4)
• Girls Varsity (grades 5-8)
• Boys Varsity (grades 5-8)

The Youth Sports Program is managed by the Sports Committee.
