Each May, the facility scheduler prepares a calendar covering July of the current year through June of the following year. This calendar indicates the days when parish facilities are not available for meetings, events, etc.
When planning your meeting and event schedule for the upcoming 12 months, please bear in mind that the office is not staffed after 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday or after noon on Friday; there will be no one to let you or others in. The office also is not open on weekends or holidays. If you must borrow the key from the office, you may either drop it in the front door mail slot of the rectory immediately after your meeting/event OR return it to the office the next working day.
While the use of facilities may be requested and approved, please understand that should the Covid situation change, access may be restricted and appropriate protocols may be reinstated.
Please complete a room reservation form for each type of function, filling in all requested information. This will help us schedule the appropriate room for your use, and let us know well in advance of any special needs you might have. Completed forms may be emailed, snail-mailed, or dropped off at the parish office. We will do our best to accommodate all requests and to confirm your reservations quickly.

To request a facility:
Print the calendar and Indicate on the calendar the name, starting and ending times, and room preferences for each event. (You may omit this step only if you use the online form to request a reservation for a one-time event.)
Complete a reservation form (use the online form, or print and complete the form under Documents) for each type of event.
Send the calendar and forms to the facility scheduler. If you are using the online form, submit the form, and then send or bring the calendar to the parish office.
Submissions will be reviewed as they are received. Confirmations will be sent, or options will be offered in the case of conflicts. Additional request forms may be submitted whenever a need arises.
Event sponsors must advise the facility scheduler in advance of cancellations or changes in requirements.
