Notes:

When planning your meeting and event schedule for the upcoming 12 months, please bear in mind that the office is not staffed after 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday or after noon on Friday; there will be no one to let you or others in. The office also is not open on weekends or holidays. If you must borrow the key from the office, you may either drop it in the front door mail slot of the rectory immediately after your meeting/event OR return it to the office the next working day.

While the use of facilities may be requested and approved, please understand that should the Covid situation change, access may be restricted and appropriate protocols may be reinstated.

The Gym is not available for use prior to 1:00 PM on Sundays, or 5:30 PM on school days.

If you decide to cancel your activity, meeting, or event, please notify the parish office (587-4372) as soon as possible.

Rooms (including restrooms and kitchens) are to be left in the same state as they were found (with respect to their cleanliness, furniture arrangements, etc.).

Nothing is to be affixed to the walls or ceilings.

Lights are to be turned out when not in use, and doors kept locked.

The maximum number of form submissions has been reached. This form is currently not available.

  Tip! If you use the Excel format of the calendar, you can update it in Excel, and then attach it to an email, with Calendar for Reserving Facilities in the Subject line.
