The Holy Name Society invites the men of our parish to render honor and glory to the sacred name of Jesus and to carry out the corporal and spiritual works of mercy through prayer and service to our parish and wider community.

The next meeting of the Holy Name Society will be held on October 18, at 12 Noon in the Church Library at Our Lady of Sorrows.

Our parish Holy Name Society invites the men of our parish to join them in the call to evangelize and make acts of reverence and love for our Lord, and to carry out the spiritual and corporal acts of mercy. The Holy Name Society (HNS) is a men’s international confraternity founded to promote reverence for the Sacred Name Jesus Christ, obedience and loyalty to the Magisterium of the Church, and the personal sanctification of its members. The Holy Name Society will meet on Friday, April 19, at Noon in the Church Library. All men of the parish are welcome and will be warmly received.

The 27th annual Catholic Men for Jesus Christ Conference will take place on February 24, from 8 am to 3 pm in S. Mary Mother of God Church. The day will include the celebration of Mass by Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., and Catholic speakers Joe Klecko, Tim Glemkowski, and Xavier Reyes-Ayral. The Legion of Mary is sponsoring a public rosary to be prayed on Saturday, October 7th, at 12 noon at Veteran's Park North Side (across from Steinert High School. Please join us to pray for our country!
