The Solemnity of St. Joseph is celebrated on Wednesday, March 19. In addition to the regular morning masses, a Solemn Mass will be offered at 7:00 PM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. The traditional blessing of the Saint Joseph Table will follow in the hall.
Remember man that you are dust, and unto dust you will return. This year the penitential season of Lent begins on March 5. Please bring in all your palms from last year to be burned and used for ashes on Ash Wednesday. Place your palms in the containers at all church exit doors on February 22 through March 2.

Our own St. Anthony Church has been designated as a Diocesan Pilgrimage Church. As such, there will be events over the course of this year that involve our church as a source for special prayer and indulgences.
The Respect Life Ministry of OLS-SA is hosting a group rosary at an online Zoom conference every Wednesday evening at 6:45 PM. Corporate Sunday is December 1 at the 8:00 AM Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows. All parishioners are invited to join us after Mass when we pray the rosary. The monthly meeting is Dec 2 at 7:00 in OLS Church Meeting Room. We will be having an Advent Service prior to the business meeting.
All Souls Day is on Saturday, November 2. While not a holy day of obligation, it is good to remember those we love who have gone before us. Let us gather at Mass to commend to the Lord our departed loved ones at the regular Saturday morning Mass (9:00 AM) or at the special Mass for the departed of the last year at 10:30 AM.
