Our parishioner, Salvatore Petro, is preparing for Ordination to the Permanent Diaconate. We are happy to share the news that Sal has fulfilled a significant component of the program which is principally academic—a three year study of theology. We offer to Msgr. Edward Arnister, Pastor of St. Rose in Belmar, our prayerful congratulations as he celebrates his 40th anniversary in the Holy Priesthood. A native of Trenton, Msgr. Arnister served as Vice Chancellor of the Diocese, Secretary to Bishop Reiss, and Pastor of Holy Cross Parish, Trenton.
