Beginning on January 1, 2023, our parish will begin to recite the prayer to St. Michael the Archangel before the Sunday Masses. You'll find the prayer on the back cover of the Missalette, and the prayer will be lead by the lector or cantor immediately after the Welcome, before the entrance procession and hymn. We acknowledge the wonderful work of our liturgy committee members, decorators, and maintenance and office staff who dedicated so many hours of their time to prepare our churches for the Christmas Celebration. We also thank all our liturgical ministers who assisted at the numerous Masses of the Christmas Vigil and Christmas Day.
Our parish relies very much on the annual Christmas Collection to meet its financial obligations. Your generosity in this annual appeal is greatly appreciated. Christmas offerings are still being accepted. The total of this appeal and its varied disbursements will be published in a future bulletin.

Our special Liturgy of the Word for children in grades K-4 will be offered on January 8 (Epiphany) at the 11:00 Mass. Please join us as we celebrate God's Word!
Many thanks to all those who, with overwhelming generosity, bought presents and contributed more than $3,000 in gift cards to our annual "Adopt a Family" Christmas project. You made 269 children from 71 families very happy this Christmas. Special thanks to Teresa Wells, who spearheaded this year's annual outpourting of love and to those who assisted her in any way.
Fr. Alabré and I, along with our parish staff, sincerely thank all those who remembered us in this holy season. Your cards, spiritual bouquets, homemade treats, and gifts were most thoughtful. May the Lord bless you abundantly for your kindnesses.
We offer our prayerful congratulations to Nelson on receiving the ministry of Acolyte from Bishop O’Connell at St. Ann’s Church, Lawrenceville, on December 13. It is a final step toward Nelson’s eventual Ordination as a Deacon. Congratulations to our ever faithful Nelson. May the Lord grant you the grace of perseverance and joy in serving Him!
