Mass intentions for Thomas Lynch, John & Catherine Grant, and Robert Lecato, inadvertently scheduled for the 9:30 Mass at St Anthony on Easter Sunday, have been rescheduled for the following Sunday’s 9:30 Mass.

Good Friday is a day of fast and abstinence: All Catholics 18 - 59 years of age are restricted to one full meal. Two lesser meals are permitted. All Catholics over 14 years of age must abstain from meat.

The NJ Reproductive Freedom Act (S3030/A4848), introduced in the Senate and Assembly on October 8, 2020, has stalled, due to reluctance on the part of legislators to pass such an extreme act during an election year. In observance of the holy days, the Parish office will be closed from Noon on Holy Thursday (April 1) through Easter Monday (April 5).

Tens of thousands of couples have healed their marriages through Retrouvaille (pronounced Retro-vy). Couples learn to build communication skills and to increase intimacy. Please keep in prayer the young boys and girls who are preparing to receive their First Holy Communion. On Saturday, March 27, they will participate in a retreat. It will be a morning of prayer and reflection together with their parents on the gift and mystery of the Lord’s Body and Blood.
