Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no individual blessing of throats on the Feast of St. Blaise. However, in addition to the general blessing imparted at this weekend’s Masses (1/31), the general blessing will also be given at the 9 AM Mass on Wednesday, February 3, the Feast of St. Blaise.

This year, the penitential season of Lent begins on February 17. Please bring in all old palms to be burned and used for ashes on Ash Wednesday. Beginning next week (February 6/7), there will be containers at all the exit doors on the weekends to hold the palms.

We are pleased to announce that parish grants of various amounts totaling $3,100 were awarded to six families of our school as tuition assistance. This help is made possible through your contributions to our parish tuition assistance fund throughout the year. Thanks to all those who made gifts this past year. March for Life’s Annual Rose Dinner Gala—a pro-life event benefiting the March for Life Education and Defense Fund—is going virtual! The event will take place online at 7 pm on Friday, January 29.
