Our Caring Hearts ministry has several immediate opportunities to serve our homebound elderly and disabled neighbors:
Daytime volunteers to help transport to medical appointments
A male volunteer to do grocery shopping for a disabled man once a month
Volunteers to transport non-driving seniors to Mass, especially the Saturday evening Mass
A female volunteer to stay with a homebound lady while her husband attends Mass
Volunteers for other non-medical services such as friendly visiting and grocery shopping are also always welcome. Join us to make a real difference in the life of one or our parishioners or neighbors!
If hyou might be able to help once a week or even once a month, please call Anne at 586-6596 or email
[email protected] for more information. Training is provided by Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County.
