On Wednesday, May 10, our parish is responsible for providing:
Greeters To welcome attendees, hand out mission materials for the evening. Some greeters may be stationed outside to direct people to the handicapped entrance(s).
Ushers: To seat attendees, esp. the handicapped; direct people to confessionals/confession stations.
Parking Lot Attendants: To help arriving participants, especially the handicapped, to find appropriate parking, to direct traffic in the parking area, and to point out the handicapped entrances.
Child Care: To care for children of attendees who are too young to participate. Must be Virtus-certified, background-checked, or the parent of an attending child.
Media Sales: To staff tables where media will be sold before and after the mission service. At the end of the evening, you will need to secure the receipts and cover the tables.

Orientation and Training
There will be a meeting for volunteers at St. Gregory the Great on April 26, at 7:30 PM. You will get more information at this time on the specific responsibilities of each role, and on the layout of the church and parking areas.
