Join us for the next Tuesday Night Live on November 14, at 7:30 PM in the School Cafeteria at St. Gregory the Great. Marlene Lao-Collins will present
Welcoming the Stranger Among Us: Scripture and Catholic Social Teaching on Immigration.
Our Church has responded to Christ's call for us to "welcome the stranger among us," for in this encounter with the immigrant, the migrant, and the refugee in our midst, we encounter Christ. This session will explore Church teaching through its rich body of documents that reinforce our moral obligation to treat the stranger as we would treat Christ himself.
