All Souls Day – November 2

"For our deceased relatives and friends,
that they may dwell forever in the house of God."

The month of November is dedicated to prayer for the faithful departed. During this month, the names of our beloved deceased, indicated on the envelopes you have returned, will be placed upon the altars of our churches. There they will remain for prayerful remembrance.

In addition, our churches are providing a place of remembrance for the framed photos of our beloved deceased. These serve as a reminder to pray for those who have gone before us. Due to limited space, you may bring one framed photo. At Our Lady of Sorrows, they will be displayed by the statue of the Blessed Mother, and at Saint Anthony, they will be placed at the side altar. Please be sure to put a name and phone number on the back of your picture so we may return it to you.
