It has been a blessing for me to begin my ministry as priest at the parish of Our Lady of Sorrows - St. Anthony. I am so proud that I was assigned to be with you and serve you. As Jesus says: "I have come to serve not to be served." I hope that my priestly ministry helps you find the joys in serving God and neighbors. If I ever offended anyone during my ministry in the past four years, I am very sorry and please accept my apologies. I came to you as a baby priest; now I feel that I have grown up because you have been a great help for me. Thanks for your support and for being patient with me despite my foreign accent. You are very special to me because you make my priestly ministry more effective. This is a great parish with amazing people. Thank you for all you have done for me from the beginning until now. You are sensational—just like me, the "Haitian sensation." I am not saying goodbye but I just want to express my gratitude to you all.
