Temporary Change in Daily Mass Liturgy

Next Week—Liturgy Change Due to Convocation of Priests

Since all priests of the Diocese will be at their annual convocation in Avalon from Tuesday through Thursday of next week (September 9-11), our priests will not be available to say our Daily Masses on Wednesday and Thursday. Instead, our deacons will preside at Liturgies of the Word with the reception of Holy Communion on Wednesday and Thursday, (September 10 and 11) at the usual Mass times.

The theme of the convocation is: Why Priests are Happy...A Study of the Psychological and Spiritual Health of Priests. Please remember all priests in your prayers during this special time of prayer, study, and fraternity.
