Tax Info Now Available

If you would like to pick up a copy of your 2018 contribution statement, please call the parish office (587-4372) and leave your name and phone number with your request. Your statement may be picked up on the Friday following your call.

If you would prefer to have your statement mailed to you, please put a business-size self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) in the collection basket or mail or drop one off to the parish office (beneath Our Lady of Sorrows Church). Statements will be mailed only to those who have provided a SASE.
