If you would like to pick up a copy of your 2017 contribution statement, please call the parish office (587-4372) and leave your name and phone number with your request. Your statement will be available after 2 p.m. the following Friday.

If you would prefer to have your statement mailed to you, please put a business-size self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) in the collection basket or mail or drop one off to the parish office (beneath Our Lady of Sorrows Church). Statements will be mailed only to those who have provided a SASE.
