If you would like to pick up a copy of your 2016 contribution statement, please call the parish office (587-4372). Statements may be picked up after 2 PM on the Friday after you call in your request.

If you would prefer to have your statement mailed to you, please put a business-size self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) in the collection basket or mail or drop one off to the parish office (beneath Our Lady of Sorrows Church). Statement will be mailed only to those who have provided a SASE.
