Please complete it an return it with your cash or a check made payable to Rosary Altar Society, in an envelope marked Rosary Altar Annual Membership Dues. Place it in the collection basket, or return it to the parish office. If you bring it to the meeting, please make sure you include the completed form. Thank you for your continued support!
