What does the Holy Trinity have to do with you? Why and how is it misunderstood today? Why and when was it misunderstood in the past? Why has the doctrine lasted? Why is it important to us and to the world today? Are there any hints in the Old Testament about the Trinity? Why did Jesus refer to the First Person as “Father?” What was fatherhood like in the days of Jesus . . . what is it like today? How does Jesus illustrate the nature of his Father? What are we to understand about this teaching? How is it relevant to us today?
