Opening of the 2014 Mass Books

The 2014 Mass Books for both our churches will open on Tuesday, April 16. On that day, we will be taking your 2014 Mass intentions from 10:00 am to noon, and from 2:00 to 4:00 pm in the lower church at the OLS campus.

Intentions will be taken on a first come, first served bases, but in th einterest of fairness to all, please limit your request for Sunday intentions to four (4) during this initial opening. To expedite the process, there will be two lines this year—one for Masses to be offered at Our Lady of Sorrows and another for intentions at St. Anthony. As in the past, we ask that you bring a list of intentions desired (the name of the person to be remembered at the Mass, and the name of the person requesting the intention), in date order. The donation for each intention is $10.

Weekly tabernacle light intentions ($15 per lamp) for both churches for 2014 and the remainder of 2013, as well as weekend flower arrangement dedications ($75) for both churches (same time frame) may also be requested at this time.

Mass intentions for 2013 at St. Anthony church are still available, as are a few for Our Lady of Sorrows church. Anyone desiring them may go to the parish office at any time during regular office hours.
