Note that this document does not try to tell you who to vote for, only what you must consider before voting. As Catholics, we have a duty to bear Christian witness, which means we must participate fully in the dialogue in the public square, and vote our consciences. Before you can vote your conscience, you must be sure that it has been formed according to the teachings of the faith we profess.
