Please Join Us at the Right to Life March in Washington
It is critical that we send a clear message during the anniversary of Roe v. Wade that we are committed to defending life—all life from conception to natural death. We must make it clear that we cannot and will not accept the continuing slaughter of innocent unborn babies, a slaughter that has prevented over 50 million babies from ever being born and thus experiencing the joys of life and freedom our wonderful country provides.
With the current status of Obamacare, it is clear that our government is gradually taking away our rights as Catholics, and will continue to do so if left unchallenged. Both the Hamilton and St. Gregory the Great Councils of the Knights of Columbus are once again co-sponsoring a bus trip to Washington, D.C., for those would like to participate in this year's Right to Life March.
The Right to Life March is a very special event and you will be very impressed by the sincerity and dedication of peoples of all ages and backgrounds from all over the United States. If you have never had the opportunity to participate in the March, I promise you that it will be an experience unlike any other you may have had.
The 2014 March is scheduled for Wednesday January 22. The bus will leave the St. Gregory the Great parking lot at 7:30 AM and return by 9:30 PM. The cost is still only $15 per adult and $5 per child. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so please make your reservations as soon as possible. If you are interested in reserving space, or would like to know more about the trip, call Rich or Mary Morey at 609-588-8921.
We urge you to consider joining us this year, and be heard! Please join your fellow parishioners and hundreds of thousands of others in our quest to defend the right of all, born and unborn, to that precious gift from God—Life.
