Please submit, prior to June 30, all requests for your group's use of facilities at Our Lady of Sorrows and/or St. Anthony campus from July 2014 through June 2015. Information and forms, including guidelines, an online form, and a printable annotated calendar facility reservation form, are available under News, etc. on the Calendar page.

Requests may be submitted online, or by sending a copy of the completed printable form to the parish office (OLS-SA, 3816 E. State St. Ext., Hamilton, NJ 08619) or emailing the information to Denise Mikics ([email protected]).
