Spiritual life ministries are focused on living and teaching the faith in less formal environments than official Religious Education for Children or RCIA classes. They bring the faith to life through fellowship and community, sharing what they've learned through their own experiences, so we can all advance in holiness in the one, holy, catholic church.
In addition to the ministries included under Spiritual Life, see the Faith Formation tab for more ways to grow in faith, including information on the Special Opportunities for Faith Formation, where the
Parish Mission page can be found. Also, one sure way to grow closer to the Lord is
Eucharistic Adoration. Adoration visits are available in Our Lady of Sorrows Church:
Monday – Friday from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday – 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Note: On Thursdays, there is Solemn Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in the monstrance on the altar after the 7:00 am Mass until reposition at 8 pm.
If you'd like to know more about women and their impact on the Catholic Church, click here to find out about a special presentation on "The Women Who Shaped the Church", at the Notre Dame Student Center on February 24.
In addition to programs offered at the Francis House of Prayer, you are invited to St. Gregory the Great for a program of spiritual growth that will help deepen your prayer life and bring you closer to Our Lord. Click here for details on both the St. Gregory the Great offering and the Francis House of Prayer offerings.
